The Venue

A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees at special conference rates. Book early to avoid disappointment. Deadline to book accommodation is Mar. 28, 2025 on or before 5:00pm.

Available Room Rates per night based on single/double occupancy plus applicable taxes:

Garden View (King or Queen) - $329

Pool View (King or Queen) - $369

Ocean View (King) - $409

Note: King rooms include a pullout sofabed. Additional person after the second person sharing is $50 per person per night. This applies to those who are 18 yrs of age or older. Rates do not include applicable state and local taxes, currently 17.962%. Taxes are subject to change without notice.

Hotel check-in time is 4:00PM check out time is 12:00PM. Please indicate you are with the ThymUS2025 conference to receive the special rates. Online reservations can be made through the Royal Sonesta Online Reservation site.

Resort fee: $20 plus applicable taxes will be applied per room each day. The resort fee includes the following amenities:
- daily internet service
- airport shuttle on demand
- local & long distance domestic calls
- daily fitness classes (alternating yoga & aqua fit up to two people)
- cultural classes
- 24hr access to fitness center
- one(1) appetizer or dessert in Kukui's restaurant per room, per stay
- two (2) complimentary Mai Tais at Kukui's restaurant per room, per stay
